Abdulla Rashid Al Suwaidi is an Emirati pearl diver and the founder of Suwaidi Pearls. He learnt the traditional ways of pearl diving from his grandfather, Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Suwaidi, who was a renowned name in the Arab World.
Abdulla established the first pearl farm in the Arab World in Ras Al Khaimah in 2005. The facility is a pioneer in the cultivation and trade of Arab pearls with a distinctive rating from Japanese pearl experts and international pearl jewelry designers.
